Typing Game

This is one of the 41 activities your child can play in Busy Little Brains.

When you are on the home screen of Gabby's Playhouse (the main screen of the game), you can type any letter or number, and it will appear on Gabby's skirt and be spoken aloud. When you hold a letter key down, you will hear people's names starting with that letter. There are over 700 names spoken. Children love to listen for their own name, as well as the names of their family and friends.

This activity gives children highly motivated age-appropriate keyboard practice. It also helps the child learn the sounds of the individual letters along with the sounds they make in words.
