Adding Fractions:

To add two or more fractions, first make all the fractions have the same denominator. To do this, find the least common multiple of the two denominators. The Least Common Multiple (LCM) is the smallest number that is a multiple of the two numbers. For example, the LCM of 6 and 8 is 24.

Once the denominators are the same, just add the numerators. Then simplify the answer (put the fraction in lowest terms).

You may not have to use all the numbers, and don't use a number more than once.
