Make an Octahedron
More Platonic Solids

An octahedron is a regular geometric solid (called a Platonic solid) that has a 8 equilateral triangles as faces. It has 6 vertices (points) and 12 edges (lines between the triangular faces).

Print out the octahedron template. Click here to go to the octahedron template.

Cut out along the edges and decorate the paper. Fold along the inside lines and form into an octahedron shape. Glue the flaps and secure them in place - or tape them. Attach a string to hang the octahedron.
