The lines of the poem begin with: Yellow looks like, Yellow sounds like, Yellow feels like, Yellow smells like, and Yellow tastes like.
Yellow Word Wheel Make a word wheel about 8 things using this 2-page print-out; it consists of a base page together with a wheel that spins around. After putting the wheel together, the student colors the pictures. When you spin the wheel, the 8 yellow things appear, one at a time. The words are: bananas, cheese, duck, sun, daffodil, corn, butter, and lemon. The student then writes the words in alphabetical order (plus two other yellow things).	Yellow Things: Spelling Word Questions Use the list of words for yellow things to answer simple questions.
